Organized by Usbek & Rica, this national competition on the theme of inclusion in business is based on 4 major themes:
- Millenials vs. Boomers: in the enterprise, is it age that counts?
- Inclusiveness, a marketing argument like any other?
- Does inclusion lock us into boxes?
- Does the " inclusive " company encroach on the private sphere?

The semi-final at INSA HDF
Thursday, January 12 was the last edition of the competition at INSA Hauts-de-France.
Our 8 students then debated live on a randomly selected topic prepared for several months, on the theme of inclusion in business.
Congratulations to Maëlle, Prune, Lisa, Josué, Yassine, Ismaïla, Paul and Gabrielle for their great performance.
Finally, it was Gabrielle HACHEMI, a first-year student, who was named the winner of this semi-final.
