INTER-INSA 2025 eloquence contest

This year, the theme of the inter-INSA eloquence competition plunges you into the heart of an essential and topical issue: "Inclusion in transition".

How can we make professional spaces accessible, fair and welcoming for all, despite the rapid transformations in the world of work? What practices should be encouraged so that everyone feels legitimate and recognized?

Participants will be asked to explore complex issues, with a randomly selected angle (affirmative or negative) on one of the following four topics:

• Can you be a senior citizen and still feel you belong at work?

• Teleworking: a lever for inclusion or a new machine for exclusion?

• Is the company compatible with the diversity of life paths?

• Can neurodivergence find its place in the workplace?

In front of an audience open to all, two candidates share a 5-minute verbal battle each defending a topic related to "Inclusion in transition" for which they will have drawn lots. The audience then votes on the winner.
At the end of these battles, a jury presided over by an eloquence professional deliberates to select the winner who will qualify for the national grand final on Thursday, January 29, 2026 in Paris at Vinci's premises.

This year, Roman, Kyllian, Antoine, Ulysse, Robin, Clara, Bancola and Ismael are ready to take up the challenge. They can't wait to share their thoughts and defend their positions. To encourage them, there's nothing like your presence in the audience!
