As part of the LAMIH Mechanical Department's scientific activities, I am pleased to announce the seminar to be held by Adrian CLENCI, former President of the Romanian Society of Automotive Engineers (SIAR), Professor and Vice-Rector for Scientific Research at the University of Pitesti.

As part of the scientific leadership of the LAMIH's SHV department, a seminar will be held by Ségolène Guerin,  post-doctoral researcher at the Institute of Neuroscience (UCLouvain, Belgium).

The LARSH is partnering with LAMIH and IEMN to offer a doctoral seminar on contemporary issues in ethics.

PhD thesis defense in mechanics, entitled: "Generic calculation of uncertainties associated with the morphology of manufactured surfaces".

Autonomous driving is attracting growing interest. However, the full deployment of these vehicles depends on their reliability in all situations, which requires driver supervision. This raises crucial questions about human-machine interaction, and the thesis is part of the ANR-CoCoVeIA project (2019-2024) coordinated by LAMIH.

The annual seminar of the FR TTM CNRS 3733 was held this Friday, October 21, 2022 at the IMTD Institut des Mobilités et des Transports Durables
