Madame Hadjer BENMEZIANE will publicly defend her thesis work entitled "Optimisation Automatique des Applications d'Apprentissage Profond sur Plateformes Matérielles Edges" directed by Mr. SMAIL NIAR and Ms. Kaoutar EL MAGHRAOUI on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at 2:00 pm at the CISIT Amphitheater - CISIT Building - Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France, Campus Mont Houy, 59313 VALENCIENNES Cedex 9.

As part of its fruitful collaboration with IBM Research AI Hardware Center and the thesis of Hadjer Benmeziane, a team from the LAMIH computer science department has received:

• the Best Paper Award of the conference and
• the IEEE Open Source Science (OSS) Award for the open source code developed by Hadjer.
   

As part of these actions to promote gender parity in scientific research, the LAMIH UMR CNRS 8201 is highlighting its female researchers through video vignettes tracing their career paths and their representation of scientific research in the feminine.

This action aims to communicate scientific careers to young women.
