The recovery plan announced by the government on September 3, 2020, includes a vast energy renovation program for public buildings (of the State and its operators). These investments will both support the construction sector by generating multiple worksites at the local level benefiting the entire fabric of the building and public works industry, and reduce the energy footprint of public buildings by proposing rapid and significant action on energy consumption.

UPHF has created a one-stop shop for disabilities, the Relais Handicap. This is at the service of the institution's students and staff.

The University Health Center welcomes students to the various campuses, without advance payment.

The Tertiales and Ronzier campus is located in the city of Valenciennes within walking distance of downtown.

The Maubeuge campus has been present on the territory of the Maubeuge - Val de Sambre Agglomeration Community since 1988. It is organized around 2 training components, a research laboratory and a university library. The campus welcomes about 300 students each year and 50 teachers, teacher-researchers and BIATSS staff work there daily.

Located near downtown Cambrai, the Cambrai University Center covers more than 5,000 square meters and accommodates nearly 1,000 students.

The Mont Houy Campus is the main campus of UPHF. It spans the cities of Valenciennes, Aulnoy-lez-Valenciennes and Famars.

The Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France provides students and staff with digital tools and services according to their profile and needs.
